I conducted a comprehensive survey using SurveyMonkey targeting employees at Bayt Sharq Restaurants, with the aim of gathering authentic and real-time data
The survey was designed to encompass a wide range of topics, particularly focusing on communication channels and attendance-related questions. It was thoughtfully crafted in both English and Arabic to accommodate the diverse nationalities within the employee base at Bayt Sharq Restaurants

Building empathy
Using the quantitative and qualitative data from interviews, I defined two (2) target group profiles Lara (HR, 35), Ahmed (Restaurant Waiter, 25) to better empathize with my main user groups and prioritize goals according to their needs
